Measuring and improving personnel wellbeing

Studies show that productivity of a factory goes hand in hand with employee wellness. In this POC, the overall mood of the personnel was measured using Happy or Not -device, and in addition, the personnel were interviewed to understand how wellbeing at the factory floor could be improved. As a results of this POC, better understanding on what effects on personnel’s mood was obtained. Moreover, ways how to improve wellbeing were found.
