Quality monitoring

As manufacturing data is more readily available (PoC 4.7), it needs to be transformed for real-time presentation of process capability and quality for both operators and management. This increases knowledge and transparency of the production process all over the organization. As a result, the causes for variation in the process is presented in the transformed data. There is better understanding of the variables that affect the manufacturing process. Faster reaction times to quality issues by pinpointing variables that create variation in the process enhance the quality and reduce scrap. The work continues to strive for automated process control, by correcting the process before it reaches the no-go zone.
