Supply chain resilience

Supply chains can face unexpected risks, and they must respond and recover rapidly from disruptions. The recovery can mean returning to the original or a new state that meets service level and financial targets. COVID-19 is the latest example of an unexpected disruption. This PoC included a literature study on supply chain resilience covering vulnerability factors and capability factors. In addition, the PoC provided a current state analysis and development proposals for companies and a report on how blockchain can be used to improve resilience.
